Find your people. Search by street or scroll the whole directory. See who’s around, what they’re into, and how you might already have something in common.
Borrow, lend, or ask. Neighbors list what they can help with, like a jump start, watching your house, or a ladder. They also list what they’re looking for. Someone on your street has probably already offered.
Keep an eye out for pets. Photos and names, so if a dog gets loose, you know exactly whose it is and how to reach them.
Invite the neighbors you already know. Approved members can send a one-time invite link, so someone you’d vouch for skips the wait.

This site is not run by either HOA. Neighbors built it and neighbors keep it going.
Park East has two separate HOAs, one for single-family homes and one for condos. Contact details for both, and for city services, are on the Contact page.
